MBTM donates a training truck to the Departmental Fire and Rescue School (SIS67).
This Actros will be used for firefighter training to help them better prepare for complex missions.
In the event of an accident involving a heavyweight truck, firefighter interventions can often be complex and highly technical. This training truck will allow them to refine their road rescue training to optimize their operational response.
Bike to Work 2024: MBTM's Achievements!

The 2024 edition of the “Bike to Work” challenge at Mercedes-Benz Trucks Molsheim has recently concluded, ad we’re thrilled to share the impressive achievements of the MBTM team!
This year, 42 participants bravely faced the challenging weather conditions of June.
Our cyclists collectively covered an astounding 7,649.6 km, and with additional bonuses, they reached a remarkable total of 9,752.08 km.
These exceptional performances earned Mercedes-Benz Trucks Molsheim a commendable 10th place in the overall company ranking!
A big congratulations to our regular participants for their unwavering dedication, and those who joined the challenge for the first time this year. We hope this experience has inspired you to continue biking to work throughout the year!
Our Family Day - A day of sport and conviviality!
On Saturday 29 June, MBTM organized its traditional “Family Day”, which this year was all about sport!
Under the Alsatian sun and by more than 30 degrees, more than 1,300 people attended this event!
The opportunity to let families and friends discover or rediscover our factory, our products and our working environment; as well as enjoying various activities.
What’s on the agenda:
- Friendly moment around a barbecue and food trucks,
- Sports activities (breakdance demonstrations, giant baby football, etc.)
- Activities for children (treasure hunt, mini-truck race, inflatable structures, etc.),
- Photobooth to capture the moment,
- Discovery of workshops and workstations,
- Machine demonstrations,
- Exhibition and truck rides,

The history of the Molsheim factory
Located in Molsheim, Alsace, this facility stands as the French hub of Mercedes-Benz Trucks. With its 600 employees, it is the largest truck conversion site and also serves as the headquarters of the Mercedes-Benz Custom Tailored Trucks (CTT) division, which coordinates and fulfills customers' special requests worldwide. The factory was established in 1967. Since 1991, it has been performing conversions on behalf on the Wörth plant.
