Quality and Safety Week was held in Molsheim from 12 to 15 November 2024, under the theme: Electric Vehicles, a Necessary Adaptation.
This event highlighted two fundamental priorities for MBTM: delivering high-quality products while ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
Throughout the week, three workshops were organized to raise employees’ awareness of the challenges of this transition:
A risk hunt: This interactive workshop made participants aware of the various risks that may arise in employees’ daily activities while emphasizing the importance of a strong safety culture
The evolution of pre-assembly: Through this workshop, participants discovered the evolution of pre-assembly activities over the years, with a focus on improvements made thanks to the ideas and contributions of employees.
Electric Vehicle, a Highly Controlled Innovation: With the rapid growth of electric vehicles, this workshop highlighted the importance of rigorous handling of sensitive components, illustrated by a demonstration of an inspection protocol specially adapted to electric vehicles.
More than 430 employees took part in the event, demonstrating its success.
